Company History DSCI was founded by Susan K. Hopkins in 1995. She established the company to provide Systems Engineering and Information Technology services in support of the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) multi-billion-dollar modernization of the nation's Air Traffic Control System. The Company's mission to support the FAA's critical systems has grown to include services to the Transportation Security Administration, Department of Defense, and commercial customers. DSCI has developed an impressive array of information technology processes and procedures to improve the operations of every aspect of major government programs. |
The Company meets customers' Information Systems Security needs by performing vulnerability assessments, risk mitigation, authenticating user profiles, testing security procedures, and developing critical infrastructure for real-time systems. DSCI received accolades for outstanding support to the Transportation Security Laboratory in the area of program management and configuration management. DSCI has also been recognized for providing quality leadership and support to the FAA's information systems security efforts on the National Airspace System.
