- Data Collection and Analysis Services DSCI provides contract support through our prime contractor, Northrop Grumman Corporation, to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in the data collection and analysis services to the STDO and to the stakeholders. This support includes development of effectiveness, suitability and other performance metrics, and conducting independent tests, data collections, evaluations, and analyses related to a broad range of transportation security issues, performance issues, security equipment, and acquisition programs. This support includes special studies addressing research and development, acquisition, deployment, and evaluation issues. DSCI has established an exceptional performance record, providing program management, system requirements engineering, test and evaluation, data analysis, system security, configuration management, training, technical writing and editing, database management, and configuration management expertise.
