Process Improvement is a "foundation" capability for DSCI. Members of our process teams are recognized subject-matter experts in organizational process improvement based on the suite of Capability Maturity Models (CMM®).

Our in-house staff includes:

● Members of the development team for version 1.0 of the first integrated CMM
● Members of the first team to conduct an organization assessment against an integrated model
● Implementation specialists with Lead Assessor training

Our full lifecycle approach to implementing process improvement is designed to integrate with your business goals and to produce quantifiable results that map to those goals.
