Program Management Support

DSCI delivers proactive program support to critical programs within the FAA and DHS. Our employees provide transparency and make use of the most current Program Management (PM) tools and techniques, all aligned with guidance published by the Project Management Institute (PMI), including the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

Our on‐staff cadre of program management support personnel includes PMP‐certified employees who provide support services including:

DSCI personnel support DHS Contracting Officer’s Technical Representatives (COTRs) in the preparation of solicitation and acquisition materials, as well as subsequent oversight of the materials prepared under the resulting grants and contracts. We provide all necessary business and administrative planning, organizing, coordinating, and tracking support required for contract execution. For our TSA Office of Security Technology (OST) client, DSCI’s strategy of using Engineering Work Plans (EWPs) to present project planning data for peer review and client approval was adopted across OST Engineering. Our staff has also supported the FAA’s Air Traffic Organization (ATO), providing enterprise-wide program and project management support for multiple Information System Security activities. A DSCI expert engineered domain-level PM solutions to improve communications and scheduling between system owners and the ATO ISS team.
